I opened Transformation Health Services with a heartfelt mission to create something deeper than a traditional mental health practice. I wanted to build a safe, welcoming space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered no matter who they are or where they come from.

With locations in both Virginia Beach and Richmond, we’re proud to serve individuals across Hampton Roads and Central Virginia. Our communities deserve compassionate providers, high standards of care, and mental health services that meet people exactly where they are.

At Transformation Health, we don’t see clients as case numbers; we see whole people with unique stories, struggles, and strengths.

This practice is a reflection of my belief that healing starts with connection. It’s also why I founded My Neighborhood Mom, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting underprivileged youth through education, mentorship, and mental health support.

For me, this work is about more than treatment it’s about decreasing stigma, spreading love over judgment, and empowering every individual to become the best version of themselves.
