The goal of mindfulness is to focus less on reacting to something or someone and more on observing and accepting without judgement. It teaches you to be aware of your thoughts and feelings and to accept them, but not attach or react to them. This practice helps you to notice your automatic reaction and to change it to become more of a reflection.
This service is for those that are single preparing for marriage or those whom are married and yearn to strengthen their marriage.
This is a radical new modality for trauma. It enables processing of “root” issues for things like PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and addiction. It targets the Unconscious Mind to allow for deeper healing when more typically used therapies leave you at a plateau. This therapy has the added bonus of addressing generational trauma and helping you to identify with the core of who you really are outside of the pains of life.
